Making Payments On Paytm Money Is Now Easier2 min read
Making transactions can sometimes be confusing. As a part of our constant efforts to improve the payment experience for customers, we have revamped our payments collection page.
New payment options and UI for Payment Screen in Stocks Section
- New UI/UX – We have changed the look and feel of the page. We have also upgraded the payment experience to make it more convenient.
- Paytm Payments Bank – If you have already registered with Paytm Payments Bank, the following steps will be quite easy. All you have to do is go to the Quick/Recommended section. If your account does not have sufficient balance, the transaction will fail. So do check the funds in your account before initiating the transaction. This will help you save time and multiple attempts. This step is powered by a single passcode validation (your Paytm Payments Bank passcode).
- Quick UPI Payments – If your bank is registered with us, you will be able to select it and make a payment via the UPI mode. You only need to enter your UPI PIN. That’s quick, isn’t it?
- Bank Transfer – We’re more than happy to introduce the much-awaited Direct Bank Transfer option. You can add the trading account as a beneficiary in your bank account, and start transferring funds without using the Paytm Money App. This allows you to transfer money using the NEFT/IMPS/RTGS modes. Let’s take you through a dummy tour to help you understand the process better.
- Other UPI Payment Options – In case you haven’t added the same bank account in Paytm and Paytm Money, you have the option of making a payment through the UPI method. After selecting the bank, choose one of the PSP apps installed on your phone or enter your UPI id.
- The Good Old Netbanking Option – In case you are experiencing difficulties with the above options, you can still make a payment through the tried-and-tested net banking method. All you have to do is select your preferred bank. You will be redirected to your net banking portal, wherein you approve the payment request and the process will be completed in a hassle-free manner. Moving on, once you authorize your payment it will be completed in a few seconds.
- After receiving plenty of requests, we have introduced the ‘cancel your withdrawal feature’ on the fund’s history page. If you change your mind after placing an order or find that you made an error, you can simply tap the withdraw request option and cancel the order.
