Your information is secure with Paytm Money. We value your privacy and your information is safe with us.

Unauthorized Transactions or Money Transfer from your Paytm Money account

Why is my account locked?
For your safety and security, Paytm may temporarily block your account upon noticing any suspicious transactions or activity, or if your transactions are not as per the Terms and Conditions listed on our website. If your account has been locked, please contact us at cybercell@paytmmoney.com for resolution.
Are there any in-app security options?
Yes, We have an option called Set Finger Print & PIN under Security &Settings under My Profile. Once you enable this, even if someone has access to your Unlocked phone, they will still require Finger print & PIN to access your details inside Paytm Money.
Does anyone has access to my confidential details?
No. All your confidential details like payment methods, card details, CVV number and passwords are not known to anyone at Paytm Money. Your information is safe and secure.
