About the company

Incorporated in the year 1993,Agri-Tech (India) Ltd is engaged in the business of corporate farming.The major farms are situated in various villages in Aurangabad,Maharashtra. The company is into production of horticulture crops, basically mangoes. The company was originally incorporated as Somnath Farms Pvt Ltd and later in September 2000,the company was converted into public ltd as Somnath Farms Ltd. On 05 March 2001, the name of the company was changed from Somnath Farms Ltd to Agri-tech(India) Ltd. Pursuant to the scheme of arrangement,the entire business and assets of farming division of Nath Seeds Ltd stand transferred to and vested in Agri-Tech (India) Ltd with effect from 01 January 2001.
