Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed from Quadrant Cables Private Limited' to Quadrant Future Tek Private Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 08, 2021 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Punjab and Chandigarh . Subsequently, Company converted into a Public Limited Company, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 21, 2021 was issued by the RoC, recording the change of Company's name to Quadrant Future Tek Limited'. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing of speciality cables and design, development & manufacturing of embedded systems for railway signalling & train control applications. The Company offers speciality cables for Railways rolling stock and Naval (Defence) industry.
