Further, RVNL has been conferred the status by The Department of Public Enterprises effective from 1st May, 2023. The President of India through Ministry of Railway(MoR) is holding 72.84% equity shares of the Company as on 31 March 2024. The Company is a wholly owned Government Company, as a project executing agency working for and on behalf of MoR.
